Who you contract with

Pennifly is operated by Emvigrest AS. By creating an account, using Pennifly, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 and able to enter this agreement.

The service

Pennifly provides shopping prompts, savings tracking, a virtual garden, and links to third-party product listings. Results may be incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that a listing remains available or accurate.

Subscriptions and payment

Pennifly includes five free live searches without a payment method. Paid plans begin when purchased and renew monthly until canceled. Upgrades may apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next renewal, and access continues until the current period ends. Unused monthly searches do not roll over.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use Pennifly unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer it, or resell access.

Ownership and your account

Emvigrest AS retains ownership of Pennifly, its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious violations. You may delete your account in Settings. Records required for tax, accounting, disputes, or fraud prevention may be retained as legally required.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pennifly is provided without implied warranties. Emvigrest AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
